
Nikos Alevras
Nikos Alevras was born in 1948. He studied cinema at the Stavrakos School. In 1969 he worked at Anaparastas (Th. Angelopoulos) where he also played an important role. In 1974 he won the best director award at the Thessaloniki Film Festival for his short film My Grandfather. In 1975 he began working in television. In 1977 his film "Bullets Fall Like Hail" was censored and banned (In 1984 it was cut a few minutes after the start of its television broadcast by ERT-2 in the family "Saturday movie" due to its content).
