During a morning cycling routine, Karina suffers an unfortunate accident. Swerving to avoid a collision, she crashes her bike and unknowingly tears her hymen—just as she is about to get married. Despite Karina's wish to be completely honest with her fiancé, Yudha, her mother forces her to undergo hymen reconstruction surgery, convincing her with arguments about the importance of virginity to men.
