In Search of Self

Original title: Em Busca do Self

“"A path where meaning and purpose meet in the face of contemporary existential emptiness."”

In Search of the Self is a documentary project that investigates how the profound concepts developed by Carl Jung and Viktor Frankl can help modern individuals understand themselves. In a world marked by severe identity crises, acceleration, and existential emptiness, the film gathers interviews with psychologists, researchers, and scholars. The project proposes a journey toward self-knowledge, demonstrating the relevance and urgency of these theories in finding purpose and true expression amidst contemporary adversities.
