Porto Alegre innovates once again: it is the first city entirely outsourced to a megacorporation, Fratel. The cutting-edge company's smart management brings technological solutions aimed at bringing more security and efficiency to the city, which serves as a test model for other capitals. Téia and Nanã, however, are left out of all this innovation: elderly, lesbian, and cyclists, they see their freedom and rights increasingly limited by the corporation's interventions. They are left with only two options: adapt or outsmart the system.
