Farisha has been undergoing treatment under Dr. Azlina's supervision for several years, and is now in a stable phase, but still requires continuous monitoring in the relapse prevention phase. Dr. Azlina is concerned about Farisha's stubbornness in not wanting to be monitored anymore.
