Amidst the challenges of poverty, Sam, a 12-year-old gay boy, learns to embrace true beauty—not in the clothes he wears, but in accepting himself. With Pie and Kuya Rael, comes the story of family love, societal obstacles, and the journey towards accepting the world of a child with the heart of a mermaid.
