Retarded Policeman: The Complete Series" is a compilation movie that brings together all the episodes of the controversial yet cult-favorite YouTube series into one feature-length experience. Created by and starring Josh 'The Ponceman' Perry, who has Down syndrome, the series follows the misadventures of Officer Perry, an earnest but unconventional policeman whose interactions with the public are both humorous and heartwarming. Each sketch challenges the norms with a blend of comedy and social commentary, pushing the boundaries of political correctness while subtly promoting a message of inclusion and understanding.
